We specialise in apartments and the communal areas, and are vastly experienced in district heating systems, Underslung drainage in UPVC and Cast Iron, HIU Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Plant Rooms and Boosted Tanks & Pumps. We offer the full package including designs where required with full registration & certification for all works.
NEW BUILD HOUSES
A huge core of our works is devoted to new housing and we cover as far north as Peterborough and as far south as Surrey. We deliver the full plumbing, heating and ventilation packages for housing developments from start to finish with a dedicated finals and handover team to ensure we deliver the perfect end product.
MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS
Our company offers a complete range of aftercare products and services and we are set up to deliver a service of high quality for high volume. As well as looking after several customer care departments in the New Build Industry we also serve the Eddie Stobart group through Total FM with full maintenance to a wide range of it’s warehouses for their plumbing, heating, air conditioning and ventilation requirements.

We can provide full design and installation for all your Boosted cold water requirements no matter how big the project required.
CAST IRON PIPEWORK
We still believe threaded Iron is one of the soundest systems for running commercial gas pipework and the neatest. Whilst others are using some of the more modern less sightly systems we have held faith in the threaded iron due to its proven robust nature and more sightly appearance.
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
We offer the full design, installation, commission and maintenance of sprinkler system applications.
UNDERCROFT DRAINAGE
This seems to have somewhat become a speciality of ours in recent years and we now have an engineer dedicated to the installation of pipefitting in all formats of this ranging from plastic, copper, iron and all systems right through the car parks and riser cupboards.
